Giallonardo created Industrial Visions Company (IVC) in 2001 as a business development advisory geared to the unique needs of small to medium-sized, closely held, business-to-business (B2B) service providers and manufacturers. Many IVC clients are family and investor-owned. IVC increases client revenues, profitability, and overall value through detailed research, analysis, LEAN planning and process development, and implementation services.
Holding a BSE from Princeton University and an MBA in marketing and finance from the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, Giallonardo founded IVC based on his awareness of the disadvantages many small firms experience by not having the knowledge-based decision-making resources available through a trusted and affordable outside business development resource.
Through IVC, Giallonardo functions as a client’s primary strategist and implementation manager, utilizing the skills and expertise of additional affiliates as needed for the specific situation. And when necessary, Giallonardo will lead and manage Marketing & Sales Departments on clients’ behalf to grow profitable sales.
IVC has provided strategic marketing and diversification assistance to the following leaders and their organizations recognized by the Michigan Manufacturers Association, Michigan Manufacturer of the Year Award, “Small Tier” Category:
Giallonardo’s background includes leading marketing and sales teams for B2B service providers and manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard Company, PPG Industries, Inc., Avery Dennison Corporation, and Lilly Industries, Inc., along with other companies.
Giallonardo was a finalist for the Ernst & Young, 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He was also a finalist in the Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit, 2004 Platinum Award competition. Giallonardo sat on the Board of Directors of Aircraft Precision Products, Inc., Huron Automatic Screw Company, P & P Manufacturing Co., Inc. and PATCO Air Tools, Inc. Giallonardo is an active Board Member for the University of Pittsburgh, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, Management Simulation Capstone Course. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and actively involved in family activities and several community organizations.
